Zafer Bildir

Zafer Bildir is a managing partner at ASTOC and is responsible for the planning and implementation of complex architectural projects. His focus lies on managing integrated planning processes, in which he coordinates the collaboration of numerous stakeholders and ensures that organisational and technical procedures are optimally aligned. Through the consistent application of digital planning methods, he plays a key role in driving the further development of the planning and construction process. In doing so, he combines architectural expertise with innovative process design. In addition to his project work, he takes on management responsibilities, particularly in contract management and personnel management. He plays a key role in ensuring that ASTOC, as a general planner, develops solutions that are successful both economically and creatively, and takes a leading role in the industry’s digital transformation process.
