Johannes Mende is the office manager and Director at ASTOC. He has 20 years of professional experience as an architect and project manager on national and international projects. Drawing on his expertise across all project phases and a wide range of project tasks, he is responsible, as office manager, for the cost-effective implementation of our projects. His area of responsibility encompasses all project-related and support tasks, ranging from preparing bids and negotiating contracts to staff scheduling, change order management, and billing. He ensures cross-project quality assurance and serves as the liaison between company management and the planning teams. He is also a trusted point of contact for all colleagues.
