Jörg Ziolkowski is a Partner at ASTOC and is responsible for the realization of construction projects. He has many years of experience in all service phases of architecture, with a particular focus on the execution planning of sophisticated office and residential buildings. In addition, he is committed to the further development of planning and processes in the field of digitalization and BIM and feeds these into his projects. Within the office, he moderates the interfaces between project teams, clients and external partners and ensures smooth cooperation and efficient implementation of buildings. As a board member of buildingSMART Germany, he strengthens the exchange within the industry and actively positions ASTOC in the discourse on the digitalization of planning and construction processes.
