ASTOC supports projects on all scales, both nationally and internationally. For over three decades, we have been designing and realizing complex built environments for public and private clients – from urban master plans to highly functional buildings.
Our experience from over 1,000 completed projects is not just the foundation, it is our driving force. Every project is a new challenge, every task an opportunity to think about urban planning and architecture as a social responsibility. Our aim is to develop solutions that are convincing in the long term – economically, functionally, ecologically and socially. And we implement these solutions!
We see ourselves not only as planners, but also as initiators. Our work is accompanied by involvement in teaching, research, specialist committees and development processes – for example in the development of DGNB certification or innovative planning software. We bring perspectives together, actively shape processes and network players along the entire value chain.
ASTOC stands for creative drive and implementation strength. Communication and process architecture are an integral part of all our projects. We bring together complex interests and think about each project individually – with attention to time, resources and feasibility. Our long-standing success is based on a clear intention: to get to the bottom of things, seek dialogue and create viable solutions even under difficult conditions.
