The city plans to develop a residential area there on approximately 5.5 hectares, with an estimated 300 apartments. In collaboration with AG Freiraum Landschaftsarchitektur, we won the competition with our entry \u201cVier R\u00f6mer.\u201d  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b7c7cfb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b7c7cfb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our design approach of the &#8220;Vier R\u00f6mer&#8221; is characterized by the clearly defined relationship between city and (cultural) landscape. The existing settlement structure is extended in four strands and given a striking conclusion. They interlock the city with the landscape and thus create an atmosphere of living in and with the cultural landscape. We reinforce this basic motif with the productive landscape that flows into it, intersecting with a climate and biodiversity band along the existing course of the stream to form a central landscape site.   <\/p><p>The competition entries were presented to the public on June 22, 2024 and can be seen in the town hall from June 25 to July 8.
