The project comprises a total of 230 rental apartments, including 69 publicly subsidized residential units. The housing on offer covers a broad spectrum of household types, with 2- to 4-room apartments ranging from 42 to 112 m\u00b2 of living space, and is an important contribution to the housing supply in Cologne.  <\/p><p>The neighborhood will be thoughtfully expanded with complementary uses: A three-classroom daycare center with approximately 650 m\u00b2 of usable space, as well as commercial space on the ground floor totaling approximately 320 m\u00b2, will be built on Gottesweg. The plans envisage the use of modern technologies and sustainable materials.
