Oliver Hall is a consultant at ASTOC and played a pivotal role in the firm from its founding in 1990 until he stepped down as a partner in 2026. He has extensive experience in implementing building and urban development projects, with a focus on small and medium-sized urban regions. As a professor of urban planning and design at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences and vice chair of the Institute for Design Strategies, he plays a key role in advancing research and innovation in urban planning. His work combines scientific analysis with practical implementation and aims to strengthen high-quality urban development and building culture. In addition, he serves on various design advisory boards and is committed to supporting the next generation of professionals.
