On the shortlist for the Bernese Building Culture Award: the Anna Seiler House

The Anna-Seiler-Haus has been shortlisted for the Bernese Building Culture Award! Voting for the Audience Award is now open.

The Bernese Building Culture Award Foundation has been honouring private, public and institutional clients and authors for their exemplary, contemporary and interdisciplinary planning and works in the Canton of Bern since 1989. It strengthens the understanding of high-quality building culture and makes it visible and accessible to a broad public. The award is used to discuss the quality of buildings and plans, strengthen understanding of interdisciplinary work and thus promote Bern's building culture.

From the 72 projects submitted, the expert jury nominated 12 for the 2024 award - and the Anna-Seiler-Haus, the main building of the Inselspital/University Hospital Bern, which will open in 2023, has made it onto the shortlist!

In addition to the award, an audience award will also be presented this year. The projects will be on display in public places in Bern, Biel/Bienne, Thun, Burgdorf and Langenthal until 9 September.

Give the Anna-Seiler-Haus your vote by 30 September!
