Our project on the Sachsenring in Cologne will create a place in the middle of the city that converts an original space of work into an open and variably usable living space. All spaces have an urban reference to the city as well as a terraced reference to the private inner courtyard. The building will be constructed using a hybrid wood construction - a special building for a special site.
Together with KRAFT.RAUM, we are very happy about the first prize for a new office building in such an exciting context, alongside top-class competitors - and in our immediate neighborhood.
