On his way to the office this morning, Andreas Kühn, managing partner at ASTOC Architects and Planners, passed by the construction site of the new "Die Welle" quarter in Cologne-Marienburg and captured this beautiful picture.
For Empira, we are planning and building a new residential quarter with 70,000 sqm GFA, 752 residential units and a daycare center for children where until two years ago the towers of Deutsche Welle stood, which were heavily contaminated with asbestos and could no longer be used.
